Mental Health Skill Building
Mental Health Skill Building services are defined as individualized training to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Our adult treatment program focuses on helping patients build healthy relationships, facilitating personal growth and independence, and learning coping skills to deal with problems that have interfered with functioning in the home, at work and/or in a school environment.
Outpatient
360 Counseling & Services is committed to eradicating the stigma around mental health issues in the African American community. Studies have shown one in five Americans suffer from mental illness and African- Americans are the least likely population to seek treatment. With an understanding of the stigma associated with therapy in the African American community it is our goal to provide psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. Allow us to support you on your therapeutic journey. You are not alone! We look forward to working with you.
Crisis Stabilization
Crisis Stabilization services are available to adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis that requires short-term, intensive interventions. The goal of crisis stabilization services is to prevent hospitalization and to reduce the mental health crisis so that the individual does not become at risk to the safety of self or others. This includes safety planning, coping skills training to promote recovery, linkage to mental health professionals for long-term care, coordination with other providers, and linkage with community resources to promote stability.
